This is a strange, wild brush, and it may require some time to adjust to. No matter what you try, the resulting stroke will go places where you probably don’t expect it to; when it works, the result will be somehow impressionistic.

You can see the Steal Gogh Brush in action here and here. I also used it to paint this one.
